commissions are only for personal use by default! if you want commercial rights to the commission, we can discuss the purchasing of those rights. any personal artwork used/reproduced for monetary purposes is not allowed (this includes using the art for promotional or marketing purposes without prior consent).

rush commissions are available w/a rush fee attached! any commissions with deadlines tighter than the timeframe stated below can be considered rush and charged accordingly

payments are sent after the initial sketch. if the commission is more than $200 USD, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required which DOES count towards the overall commission price

commission prices are listed at their 'sp' [ starting price ], and may rise depending on the complexity of the commission or upgrades asked for

please request any major changes before lineart is started. any major changes afterwards will be charged depending on complexity

refunds are given up to the amount of work completed [ ie. full refund if at the sketch stage, 2/3 refund if at the lining phase, 1/3 refund if at the colouring stage; this rule is firm. the deposit is non-refundable. ]

installment payments / payment plans are available for larger commissions upon request

i reserve the right to not accept or cancel a commission at any point and, if applicable, refund the commission based on the ruleset above

please allow up to three (3) weeks for the commission to be finished unless a larger timeline was stated

commissions with 18+, nsfw, racist/xenophobic, or otherwise inappropriate themes will be denied

all commissioned artwork, at any stage of the commission may NOT be allowed for any AI, NFT, or crypto-related training, trading, tracing, or reselling and/or anything falling under similar categories. if the commissioner is found doing this, they will be charged accordingly for the damage and infrigment of theft.
